An 8-week transformational
group journey for men.

We meet once a week for 3 hours. The group is intentionally small — maximum 10 men — creating a powerful environment for growth, support, accountability, and transformation.

This is not a quick fix. We go deep. We work with the foundation of how you relate to your body, movement, expression, confidence, and presence.

If you show up fully and do the work,
you will leave this program a changed man.
